Newly or recently built fair-faced concrete
SILOXIL 500 is a siloxane-based water-repellent. It protects concrete without altering the esthetical appearance of the fair-face. It deeply penetrates the treated material and hardens without forming surface films. It forms a silicon resin impregnation on the walls of the capillaries. Once hardened, the impregnation produces a marked reduction of concrete wettability and greatly reduces water absorption, even when done by capillarity.
